We are convinced from Scripture that Christ's church is to be led by a plurality of godly, qualified men whom the Bible calls elders. Elders are undershepherds answerable to the Chief Shepherd for the spiritual welfare of a local church body. And so Crossway Fellowship is led by an Elder Team, a group of men committed to love and serve and teach and care for the people of Crossway Fellowship.
